Ilia headed the Samara office of Yakovlev & Partners Legal group from 2011 to 2018, and since 2019 he has been the managing partner and chairman of the Plotnikov & Partners Bar Association.
Provides general management of the group and leads the international practice, advising clients on setting up secure corporate structures for doing business, investing, owning and managing assets in various jurisdictions, and intergenerational succession in business.
He is experienced in supporting major distressed asset projects and representing in arbitration courts on economic disputes and insolvency (bankruptcy) cases, including in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
