Helped the principal save the building, which the unscrupulous plaintiff demanded to demolish

Our client owned a commercial building in the historic center of the city.

One of the company's contractors demanded through the court to demolish the building, citing the fact that it partially encroached on his land.

During the process, we filed a counterclaim in which we demanded that the plaintiff's title to the plot be recognized as nonexistent. We proved that the plaintiff had no right to demand the demolition of the building because he had acquired his plot illegally. In this case, he had no right of action.

The court granted our counterclaim and dismissed the claims of the improper plaintiff.
